Role and Responsibilities

The Managing Authority shall have the strength to lead to an examination to be made by such man or people as he may lead, of the offices, actions and funds and of exams executed by the Board and to lead to an enquiry to be created in like method in adhere to of any matter regarding the Board.

The Managing Authority shall converse to the Board the result of this sort of examination or enquiry and may recommend the Board to get such steps within such span as may be described.

The Board shall record to the Controlling Authority the action as it offers to take or has considered on such connecting.

Where the Board doesn’t, within a sensible time, take action to the achievement of the Managing Authority, the Managing Authority may after contemplating any description made by the Board, concern such directions as it perceives fit, and the Chairman shall comply with such guidelines.

If the Managing Authority is satisfied that any intending of the Board or a Committee is not in conformity with this Ordinance, the Managing Authority may, with no bias to the foregoing procedures of the section, by obtain in writing, annul such procedures:

Offered that ahead of creating any such order the Managing Authority shall, by way of the Chairman, call upon the Board or the Committee, as the event may be, to demonstrate cause why this sort of an order should not be created.
